The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to Clause 32 of the Law "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets" (re Regulation of Exchange and Storage of Information under the International Cooperation in the Sector of Financial Services Market Regulation)

The bill (Reg. No.6484) offers legislative regulation of storing the information that constitutes professional secrecy received in the course of international cooperation and information exchange.

The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will enhance legislative regulation of financial services markets owing to the exchange of information between the supervisory bodies, regulating protection of professional secrecy at the national and international levels.
